Therapy is a clinical practice focused on diagnosing and treating mental-health conditions, typically rooted in the past. Coaching is a non-clinical, present- and future-focused partnership for high-functioning adults pursuing growth, change, or performance goals. Coaches do not diagnose or treat.

Programs range from a focused 3-month Leadership Momentum engagement to a 6-month Leadership Acceleration program and an ongoing Executive Leadership Partnership. Meaningful behavior change takes time; the right engagement depends on the leader’s context and goals.

iPEC's Core Energy Coaching™ is a coaching methodology that examines the mindset, attitudes, and habitual responses shaping a leader's behavior. It pairs awareness with deliberate practice, helping clients translate insight into more intentional action.

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment — distinct from personality tools like Myers-Briggs or DiSC — that reveals how a leader perceives and responds to challenges, pressure, and opportunity. It measures default energy levels under both ideal and stressful conditions, producing a clear map for behavioral shifts.
